Refund Policy

1. Refund Period

You may request a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase for any paid consultation or programme service. Refund requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

2. Refund Conditions

Eligible for refund:

  • Services not yet commenced or minimally commenced (less than 10 minutes of the first session).
  • Technical issues preventing service delivery.
  • Service cancellation by Forcevitaearth before delivery.

Not eligible for refund:

  • Services already delivered (more than 10 minutes into first session).
  • Client-initiated cancellation after service has begun.
  • Non-satisfaction with service content or results (see satisfaction guarantee).
  • Participant personal circumstance changes.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email your refund request to info@forcevitaearth.world with your invoice number and reason for refund within 14 days of purchase. Include your full name and email.

4. Refund Processing

Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your service, we offer a one-time redesign or alternative session at no additional cost within 30 days of the original service. This is in place of a refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

Client-initiated cancellation: Cancel up to 48 hours before a scheduled session for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit payment.

Forcevitaearth-initiated cancellation: If we must cancel a session, we will reschedule at your convenience or provide a full refund.

7. Programme Packages

For multi-session programmes (e.g., 6-week package), refunds apply only to uncompleted sessions. If 3 of 6 sessions are completed, refunds cover remaining 3 sessions (prorated).

8. Currency and Taxes

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency.

9. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a refund, contact us at info@forcevitaearth.world. We will work to resolve it within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to the Consumer Rights Authority or your credit card issuer.

10. Changes to Policy

We may update this policy. Changes apply to future purchases unless otherwise stated.
